T.R. Pursuant to the approval notification dated 18.06.2010 and numbered 30424 received from the Ministry of State of the Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Treasury, New Life Yaşam Sigorta A.Ş. Pursuant to the third paragraph of Article 20 of the Insurance Law No. 5684, the authority to make new insurance contracts in all branches has been revoked as of 19/06/2010. 

 The company has a license and does not have contractual authority. The company follows the policy guarantee obligations made before the specified date and does not make new policy agreements.
